“As we celebrate Easter – the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, let us reflect on the profound message it carries. This occasion marks the end of Lenten season and heralds a season of triumph over death,” Obi stated.
He acknowledged the daunting challenges facing Nigeria, particularly the pervasive insecurity, and urged Nigerians not to lose hope.
“While Nigeria grapples with various challenges, including insecurity, we must draw strength from the Easter message. Just as Christ’s sacrifice led to resurrection, our collective efforts can lead to the transformation of our nation,” Obi remarked.
Highlighting the need for unity and perseverance, Obi urged Nigerians to emulate Christ’s spirit of sacrifice and resilience.
“We must work together, united in purpose, for the betterment of our country. Our endeavors, coupled with divine intervention, will pave the way for a brighter future,” he asserted.
Obi encouraged Christians to continue praying for divine intervention while actively engaging in efforts to address the nation’s challenges.
“On this occasion, let us fervently pray for God’s guidance and blessings upon our nation. May our collective efforts yield positive results, ushering in a prosperous Nigeria. I extend warm wishes to everyone for a joyous Easter celebration,” Obi concluded.
