Former Aviation Minister Hadi Sirika, alongside his daughter Fatima and two others, are set to be arraigned before Justice Sylvanus Oriji of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Maitama.
The charges involve alleged abuse of office amounting to N2.7 billion.
The case stems from EFCC investigations into fraudulent contracts awarded during Sirika’s tenure as minister under the previous administration.

Sirika was detained after being questioned by EFCC investigators regarding the alleged contract malfeasance.
Originally scheduled for Tuesday, the arraignment was postponed due to EFCC’s request to amend the charges.
