Addressing the Church of Nigeria Anglican Chancellors, Registrars, and Legal Officers Conference (ACRLOC) in Abuja on Tuesday, Ndukuba expressed concern about the government’s failure to address infrastructural deficiencies in public schools and rural areas.
He acknowledged the constitutional right to protest but urged both organizers and participants to exercise restraint given the current socio-economic conditions and heightened public discontent.
