Former member of the Enugu State House of Assembly, Dr. Barr. Ibe Onoh, has emerged victorious in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primary election for the Enugu North Local Government Area chairmanship.

The primary, held on Wednesday, saw Dr. Onoh secure a decisive win, affirming his position as the party’s candidate for the upcoming council polls.
