Enugu Former Commissioner For Lands, Dr. Surv. Victor Nnam
As the nation reflects on its journey since independence, Dr. Surv. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam, a former commissioner for lands and urban development in Enugu State and a senior lecturer at the University of Nigeria, has asserted that the challenges facing Nigeria are temporary and can be overcome through collective effort and strategic planning.
In a message on Tuesday, Dr. Nnam emphasized the importance of unity among Nigerians, urging citizens to prioritize national interests above regional or ethnic affiliations.

He noted that while the country faces significant issues such as insecurity, economic instability, and infrastructural decay, these challenges present opportunities for growth and reform.
“Every nation goes through periods of difficulty, but it is our resilience and determination that will define our path forward,” Dr. Nnam stated.
Nnam called on the government to implement more effective policies that focus on education, job creation, and infrastructure development, which are crucial for sustainable growth.

Addressing concerns regarding the proposed #FearlessInOctober Protest, Dr. Nnam appealed to Nigerians, particularly the youth, to give the Tinubu-led federal government time to fix the economy.
