Senator Buba, who has had a strained relationship with the current state governor, Senator Bala Muhammad, emphasized that it is still premature to delve into discussions about the 2027 election campaign.
Although he represents the Bauchi South district, Buba highlighted his commitment to the broader interests of the entire state, noting that his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), only managed to secure the senatorial seat in his district during the last election.
