The Supreme Court has dismissed a lawsuit filed by 13 states challenging the constitutionality of the law that created the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
In a unanimous ruling on Friday, the seven-member panel of justices, headed by Justice Uwani-Abba-Aji, determined that the suit lacked merit and therefore dismissed it.
