The late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, who represented the Anambra South Senatorial District, has been laid to rest in his hometown of Otolo Nnewi, Anambra State.

Ubah, who was re-elected to the 10th Senate under the Young Progressives Party, passed away in London on July 27.

Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo, was among the dignitaries who attended the funeral and shared heartfelt tributes.

Soludo described Ubah as more than a senator, recalling him as a younger brother and a friend full of life and enthusiasm. He expressed his sorrow, saying, “His untimely departure reminds us of the fleeting nature of life.”
