Operatives of the Akwa Ibom State Police Command have killed three suspected kidnappers while rescuing their victims, a lawyer and his niece.
According to Eons Intelligence, the three kidnappers were shot dead in a gunfight with police operatives during a rescue mission.
The operation led to the successful rescue of Barrister Emmanuel Ubengama, a Director at the Ministry of Justice, and his niece, who had been abducted along the Abak-Ikot Abasi Road in Akwa Ibom.

The victims were found bound and confined in a soakaway pit at the kidnappers’ hideout, an incomplete building, after the police force neutralized the criminals.
