A 23-year-old man from Indiana has been arrested for allegedly making threats against former President Donald Trump in a series of TikTok videos.

Authorities say Douglas Thrams posted multiple videos between Monday and Wednesday, expressing violent anti-government sentiments, including a direct threat against Trump.

In one of the videos, Thrams reportedly stated, “Every US government building needs to be bombed immediately” and referred to Trump with a derogatory remark, saying, “He needs to be assassinated and this time, don’t… miss.”

The complaint also mentions that in another video, Thrams is seen holding a rifle, tapping it as if to emphasize his threat, according to an FBI affidavit.

Thrams was arrested on Thursday and charged with making interstate communications with the intent to cause harm.

This arrest comes after Trump was the target of two assassination attempts in the previous year, including one during a rally in Pennsylvania where he was injured in the ear.

The FBI and other law enforcement agencies are continuing their investigations into the incident.
