Nigerian music star Davido has openly criticized the Osun State Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Abba, accusing him of failing to uphold the rule of law.

The ‘Fem’ hitmaker took to his social media platforms on Monday, launching a series of fiery attacks against the police boss.

“Mr. Commissioner, respect the rule of law!!! You are not madder or crazier than us!! Make we all kuku mad!! MEN MOUNT WALAI TO KRF!!! I will post you every day, everywhere, Mr. man!!! Try me, fucker,” Davido wrote.

In another outburst, he extended his criticism to Abba’s family, further intensifying his attacks.

“Mr. Umar Abba, Osun State Commissioner, you are a disgrace to your children!! Game on, FUCKER!!!! All of us go mad together!! W*rey!!!”

To drive home his frustration, the award-winning singer also shared a video, vowing to go toe-to-toe with the police chief.

Davido’s outrage appears to be linked to the political tensions brewing in Osun State.

His uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, had on Sunday accused former governor Adegboyega Oyetola of orchestrating a plot to destabilize the state.

Adeleke alleged that Oyetola, a nephew of President Bola Tinubu, was working behind the scenes to incite chaos in Osun, leveraging his political connections to create unrest.

The governor further claimed that Oyetola was colluding with key security officials, including the Osun State Commissioner of Police, the State Director of the Department of State Services (DSS), and the State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.

Calling on President Tinubu to intervene, Adeleke warned that if peace in Osun is disrupted, Oyetola should be held accountable.
