The management of David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences, Uburu, Ebonyi State, has cautioned newly admitted students against engaging in any form of indiscipline, emphasizing the institution’s strict adherence to rules and regulations.
Speaking at the 2024/2025 matriculation ceremony held on Saturday, the Vice-Chancellor reiterated the university’s commitment to upholding high academic and moral standards.
He warned that any student who violates the institution’s policies would face serious consequences, including expulsion.
“This university maintains very strict discipline, and its rules and regulations are uncompromising when violated,” he stated.
The university also expressed appreciation to President Bola Tinubu’s administration for its continued support, which has contributed significantly to the institution’s rapid development and achievements within a short period.
With 990 fresh students officially joining the academic community, the university reaffirmed its dedication to academic excellence and discipline, urging students to embrace hard work and ethical conduct as they begin their academic journey.
