Dr. Kayode Ajulo, the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Ondo State, has confidently predicted that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will win the upcoming governorship election in all 18 local government areas of the state.

In a statement issued on Monday, Ajulo expressed his strong belief that reelecting Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on November 16, 2024, will secure a prosperous future for Ondo State.

Ajulo, in his statement titled “Nov. 16 is a LUCKY Day”, emphasized that the APC’s victory was not just hopeful but certain.

He described the upcoming election as more than a contest—it is a confirmation of the people’s desire for stability, continuity, and progress under Aiyedatiwa’s leadership.

“As someone with years of experience in both adversity and success, I understand the path to victory clearly. The people of Ondo have shown a collective will for change, and with Aiyedatiwa at the helm, we are ready to achieve it. This election will not be about mere hopes but about affirming the future of our state.” Ajulo said

He further highlighted the ongoing fragmentation within the main opposition, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), noting that their candidate is grappling with past controversies and a loss of support.

Ajulo suggested that the PDP’s candidate faces serious challenges, including possible disqualification, and that many of their members have already defected to the APC.

“The defections from the PDP to our party speak volumes. It is clear that the people are rejecting the PDP’s disarray and embracing the stability and integrity offered by the APC,” he stated.

Ajulo urged the people of Ondo State to look beyond political rhetoric and vote for a government that promises unity, progress, and a brighter future.

“This is the people’s time,” Ajulo affirmed.

“Together, we will march forward with courage and unity, and on November 16, we will show the world that Ondo’s best days are yet to come.”
