The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has started the distribution of sensitive election materials to local government areas across Ondo State in preparation for Saturday’s governorship election.
The distribution took place at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) premises in Alagbaka, Akure, with party agents, armed police officers, and commercial buses hired by INEC overseeing the process.
The security measures were put in place to ensure the safe and orderly transfer of the materials to their designated locations.
