President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured Nigerians that despite the current economic and security challenges, better days are on the horizon.
Tinubu, who was represented by National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu, made this statement during the graduation ceremony of the Executive Intelligence Management Course 17.
The president’s comments come at a time when Nigeria is grappling with high inflation, rising unemployment, and persistent security concerns.
Despite these difficulties, Tinubu expressed confidence that his administration is committed to tackling the country’s problems.
“Yes, there are challenges. People may have disagreements, but change is happening,” Tinubu remarked.
“The economy is facing tough times, but we are making strides, and I can assure you, better days are ahead.”
The president emphasized that his government is dedicated to achieving national security and stability while pursuing economic reforms to address the nation’s pressing issues.
Furthermore, Tinubu issued a stern warning to criminals, both within and outside the country, declaring that they would face justice.
“If you engage in criminal activity, whether in Nigeria or abroad, we will track you down and hold you accountable,” he stated.
