In November 2024, Nwabali shared the heartbreaking news of his father’s death, and now, in January 2025, he faces another devastating loss.
The 28-year-old goalkeeper took to social media to express his sorrow, writing, “A very very crazy world indeed, RIP mom, worst year of my life already.”
Nwabali had been excused from the Super Eagles camp in late 2024 to mourn the loss of his father before the team’s match against Rwanda.
