Lawmaker representing Enugu East senatorial zone at the red chamber, Senator Kelvin Chukwu says he will prioritise women’s development as key partners in his developmental agenda.

Senator Chukwu made the promise on Monday when he received over two hundred women from Isiuzo council area of the state on a solidarity visit.
He described women in the zone as “resourceful and resilience”.

Leader of the women, Mrs. Ogechukwu Edeh thanked the people’s senator for his accessibility and pray God to grant him good health and sound mind.
She further asked Senator Chukwu to prioritise the empowerment and development of women in the zone as partners in progress.
Isiuzo women who assured the senator of their unalloyed loyalty, promised to galvanize more support across the local government.
