A helicopter carrying Iranian President, Ebrahim Raisi encountered an incident during a visit to Azerbaijan, according to Iran’s semi-official Tasnim news agency.

Reports indicate that some of the passengers on Raisi’s helicopter were able to contact Central Headquarters, suggesting that the situation might not have resulted in casualties.

The helicopter was part of a three-helicopter convoy.
The other two helicopters, carrying various ministers and officials, reached their destination without issues, according to Tasnim.
Among those reportedly accompanying President Raisi on the helicopter were Seyyed Mohammad-Ali Al-Hashem, Tabriz’s Friday Prayer Imam, and Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian.
