The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has announced its recruitment drive for 2024. The oil giant is looking to hire Graduate Trainees and Supervisors to join its team.

Positions and Requirements:

Supervisory Cadre:

Candidates must provide professional and leadership expertise, achieve NNPC’s business objectives, develop and implement strategies for operational excellence, ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with statutory regulations, and drive team performance and development.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a degree in one of the following disciplines:
1. Bachelor’s Degree (First Class/Second Class Upper Division)
2. HND (Distinction)
3. Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Lower Division) with a completed Master’s Degree
4. HND (Minimum of Upper Credit) with a completed Master’s Degree

– Geosciences
– Petroleum Engineering
– Well Engineering
– General Engineering
– Operations Engineering
– Commercial
– Finance, Accounts, Audit, Taxation & Insurance
– Information Technology
– Legal

Graduate Trainee:

Graduate Trainees at NNPC Limited are expected to support the implementation of organizational processes, deliver cost-effective business outcomes, assist line managers/supervisors in developing and implementing strategic work plans, and support project team assignments.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have one of the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree (First Class/Second Class Upper Division)
2. HND (Distinction)
3. Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Lower Division) with a completed Master’s Degree
4. HND (Upper Credit) with a completed Master’s Degree

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited university, polytechnic, or monotechnic not earlier than 2019 and must have completed NYSC.

Age:

Applicants must be no older than 28 years of age as of 31st December 2024.

Skills:

Candidates must possess good communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
