Israel’s military declared on Saturday that Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah had been killed in an airstrike on Beirut.
In a statement on X, military spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Nadav Shoshani confirmed Nasrallah’s death, stating, “Hassan Nasrallah is dead.”
Captain David Avraham, another military spokesperson, also confirmed to AFP that Nasrallah had been “eliminated” following Israeli strikes on the Lebanese capital on Friday.
